I design and construct bespoke garments combining new and salvaged fabrics, unique in style by adorning the garments with buttons and embellishments.
I collect fabrics from flea markets, fairs, second hand shops...generally anything that can be rescued from disposal, is always given a loving home.

I love the idea that these materials have a past, I often find antique laces and quirky patterned textiles in dark corners of little boutiques hidden down forgotten streets. When I happen to stumble upon them and create a sense of layered memories with them. The essence of nostalgia and romantisicm is evident in my range of clothing and are suitable for women of varying ages and styles.

Best of all is when I am able to rescue any exquisite fabrics from waste. I get a great sense of achievement when I am able to save, rejuvenate and successfully re-home any little treasures I discover.
Spontaneity is the key in the design of each garment working side by side with trial and error, I have found some of my favourite creations have been the result of a happy accident.

As I did not have formal training as a fashion student, I try to ignore the definition of fashion and tend to make garments that could be equally at home in a gallery, as they are on the body.
